Your problem isn't motivation.
It's standards.
Many people treat getting things done like it depends on their mood.
When they feel good, they work.
When they feel off, they take a break.
This is how you let yourself down.
You don't need a full plan.
You just need a Minimum Viable Day.
It's the smallest way to win that you can commit to.
Here are three simple steps:
1. 10-Min Body
Walk for 5 minutes.
Do 20 push-ups.
(Or do 2 sets of 10 if you're getting back into it.)
2. 10-Min Mind
Write one honest answer in your journal:
"What am I avoiding and why?"
Then identify your one main priority for the day.
3. 10-Min Money
Send one cold message to someone.
Follow up with one warm message.
(Just build the habit; the numbers will come later.)
Choose one of these steps.
Do it for 7 days.
No skipping.
No excuses.
The goal isn't just to produce.
The goal is to shape who you are.
Many people overthink how to build momentum and then ask why they stall.
That’s why I created The 90-Day Discipline Blueprint (25% off) to help you focus and take action easily.
Tomorrow, I'm giving you the Momentum Engine Card, a one-page guide to make this automatic.
If you want the guide and scoring system, it will be available in Paid tomorrow.
