- You don’t need more time. You need fewer excuses.
You don’t need more time. You need fewer excuses.
Most people aren’t “too busy.” They’re just undisciplined.

Let’s kill a popular lie:
“I don’t have time.”
No—you do have time.
It’s just getting eaten by pointless nonsense.
Scrolling.
Overthinking.
Micromanaging stuff that doesn’t matter.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
It’s not a time problem.
It’s a priority problem.
Everyone’s got the same 24 hours.
Some people build empires with theirs.
Others binge-watch another season and wonder why nothing changes.
The difference?
Builders say no to 95% of distractions
They automate, delegate, or delete anything low-value
And they don’t negotiate with themselves when it’s time to execute
A few years back, I ran the same excuse.
“Too busy.”
But when I tracked my time?
Half my day was getting torched by junk tasks and mental clutter.
Once I cut it out, momentum skyrocketed.
Here’s your move:
Today, write down everything you do for 12 hours.
Every scroll, every task, every “quick check.”
Then ruthlessly slash:
Anything you wouldn’t pay someone $500/hour to do
Anything you’re doing to avoid discomfort
Any task that doesn’t tie directly to your goals
You don’t need more hours.
You need fewer leaks.
Now, your turn:
What’s the #1 time-waster you know you need to cut?
Reply and tell me. Let’s put it on blast.
