Many people treat Sunday as a day to relax, then feel shocked when Monday comes with a jolt.

If you can spend the day doing nothing, you can also use it to your advantage.

Here's a 60-minute plan to help you make the most of your week:

00–10 min - Clear Your Schedule
Look at your calendar.
Remove or hand off any tasks that aren't important.
Move everything else to a "Respond Monday" folder.

10–30 min - One Goal, Three Steps
Choose one main goal that really matters.
Write down three actions that will help you make progress.
Focus only on these.

30–50 min - Set Three Fixed Times
Schedule firm time slots for those actions.
Treat them seriously - like a doctor's appointment - no changes, no excuses.

50–60 min - Remove One Distraction
Get rid of something that distracts you:
delete an app, turn off the TV, or hide the snacks.
Make distractions less easy to reach.

That's why I created The Execution Bundle (25% off) to help you turn plans into habits.

Many people write plans in notebooks that don't get followed.
Systems connect your plans to your time.
