Set anchors
Example: block 3 fixed events for next week by 9:10, workouts, family, one 90-minute deep block daily.Pick 3 outcomes
Example: by 9:15 write 3 outcomes for the week, each with a finish line like "ship 1 draft" or "close 2 deals."Design the days
Example: by 9:25 place 2 x 45-minute focus blocks on Monday to Thursday at 9:00 and 2:00, hold Friday for cleanup.Preload the tasks
Example: by 9:30 assign 1 task to each focus block, verbs only, max 8 words, no second-task placeholders.Guard the edges
Example: by 9:35 set Do Not Disturb for 9:00 to 10:30 daily and auto-decline meetings in those windows.
Constraint Rule: No new tasks after 6:00 pm next week, no inbox before 10:30, phone stays in another room during every 45-minute block.
If-Then Fallbacks
If a meeting lands on a focus block, then move that block to 3:00 the same day and shorten it to 30 minutes.
If you miss a day, then run 1 x 60-minute catch-up block at 4:00 the next day and log what slipped.
If a task runs long, then stop at the bell and book a 25-minute spillover slot within 48 hours.

One Metric: count "planned blocks executed" each day, target 8 of 10 blocks for the week, if you hit 8 or more by Friday 5:00, reward with a 60-minute hobby session.
Cut the fluff, lock the plan and defend your blocks.
What two 45-minute blocks will you run on Monday?
