Define good enough: write a 2-line spec in minute 1, target outcome and a 70 percent quality threshold.

Review cadence: Friday 4:30, 10 minutes, count shipped items and note one improvement for next week.

9:40 to 10:00, run the second pass, fix titles, verbs, and numbers, ignore design.
10:00, publish to 1 pre-chosen place, Slack channel or client folder, not both.
10:05, log "shipped 1" and the time spent, takes 60 seconds, then schedule the next 60-minute block.
