Here's an easy MVD you can use:
10 minutes of movement (a walk counts)
10 minutes on a real task (no emails, no cleaning)
10 minutes to prepare for tomorrow (note your first step)

That's just 30 minutes.
Even on the busiest days.

And here's the rule to stay on track:

Never miss two days in a row.
If you miss a day - that's okay.
But missing two days - that starts a pattern.

You don't need to catch up.
You just need to meet your base today.
