Why are so many brands shifting ad spend to CTV?

People spend more time streaming than they do with cable, social media or video games, and advertisers know it. In fact, according to Advertiser Perceptions and Premion's 2026 CTV/OTT Advertiser Survey, 70% of advertisers are raising CTV budgets in 2026, with much of that budget diverted from social advertising.

For marketers who want a presence in streaming, Roku is the obvious place to go, with scale that speaks for itself. With more than 100 million households representing 47% of all streaming time in the US, Roku easily has more reach than every competitor.

With Roku Ads Manager, you can reach viewers across more than 100 premium apps in a single buy. Combine your customer data with Roku's insights to reach only the households you want, then measure and optimize to your heart's content.

Want to give it a try? Unleash your first campaign in just four steps: (1) Create your account, (2) define your objective and target audience, (3) upload creative, and (4) launch.

How to Clean Up When You Have No Energy: A 20-Minute Reset

There's a mug on the table, clothes on the chair and packaging beside the door. Moving one thing seems to reveal three more jobs.

"Clean the place" gives you no useful boundary when you're already tired. Every drawer can become part of it.

Give this pass an order and a stopping time. The target is a more usable space. The rest can remain unfinished.

If the problem is losing the evening after work, use the separate guide to reset after work when you're tired. This pass deals with what's physically in the way.

Work through these five steps, then stop

Set a 20-minute timer. Keep moving through the categories instead of perfecting the first one.

  1. Trash: Collect obvious rubbish in a bag. Stop before sorting possessions or deciding what to keep.

  2. Dishes: Gather them at the sink or dishwasher and handle a manageable batch. If there's a lot, gathering is enough for this pass. Leave deep-cleaning the kitchen.

  3. One surface: Clear the table or counter area you need to use. Stop when that chosen area is usable; leave drawer reorganizing alone.

  4. Clothes: Collect them into one basket. Washing and folding are separate tasks. The basket is temporary containment.

  5. Floor path: Put away or gather obvious items along the route you use. Stop with that route; don't expand into every corner.

At 20 minutes, stop even if something remains. The order gives you a route through the mess, not a guarantee that every room will fit the timer.

Choosing daily standards that serve you starts with deciding what needs to change: The Execution Bundle includes 7 Steps to Change Your Life for that direction and The 90-Day Discipline Blueprint for follow-through. Both books are together, including the Blueprint's weekly steps, printable tracker and restart plan. 25% off with code 25off.

One pass at 11am

Hypothetical example: The timer starts at 11am. Obvious rubbish goes into a bag. The dishes are extensive, so the reader gathers them and moves on instead of spending the whole timer washing.

They clear the eating area of the table, contain the clothes in one basket and gather items from the route through the room.

In this hypothetical, those choices fit before 11:20. The remaining dishes and full basket stay unfinished. A different room may need another pass.

When 20 minutes feels too much

Start with obvious trash for two minutes. Stop if that's what you can do.

Use that trash-only start to make the first step too easy to avoid. Resume the same order when another window is available. There's no catch-up cleaning marathon owed.

Keep the eating area available

Choose one useful surface to keep clear. Stop storing unrelated things there, and at its next use return new items to their places.

That gives you one specific change when your environment is training the wrong behavior. Keep the rule to that area; the whole home doesn't become today's assignment.

For standards beyond one room, the bundle offers both books for choosing what matters and supporting the follow-through. 25% off with code 25off.

Take a bag and collect obvious trash for two minutes. Continuing the reset is optional.
