From invisible to first in ChatGPT.
Bob's Your Uncle has spent twenty years helping challenger brands win their categories. But when buyers asked ChatGPT about their own category, the agency didn't show up.
With ChatFeatured, their AI visibility went from 7% to 22% in 90 days, and they went from invisible to first in ChatGPT.
They're not the only ones:
Vessel: AI visibility up 2,200%+
SCOJO: AI visibility up 160%
WikiSleep: brand mentions up 113%
ChatFeatured finds the questions where AI leaves you out, writes the content that gets you cited, and reports the lift every week. Your team decides what ships.
Most customers see their first citations inside 7 days.
How to Have the Hard Conversation You Keep Putting Off
How many versions of this conversation have you had without the other person in the room?
You edit the opening. Imagine their objection. Add another explanation. Then decide today isn't the right moment.
Waiting for the perfect moment leaves the problem running. Rehearsing every possible response makes a short request feel like a speech you have to get exactly right.
If you keep waiting to start, revisit why hard conversations create leverage.
What should you say in the first 30 seconds?
Use the 3-sentence opener: one fact you noticed, one cost, one request. Say it within the first 30 seconds. No warm-up speech.
Fact: One specific event someone could check. Leave out guesses about their motives.
Cost: One practical effect on your work, time or plans.
Request: One action they can answer yes or no to, with a time where needed.
Ask for a suitable time first: "Can we talk for five minutes after lunch?" Once you start, give the three sentences. Skip the history of every previous grievance.
Hypothetical before:
"I've been meaning to say this, and I don't want you to take it the wrong way, but you're inconsiderate about deadlines, and there have been so many times when I've had to work around you..."
Hypothetical after:
"The file arrived after Tuesday's handoff. I had to delay the review. Can you send it by 2pm next Tuesday?"
The second version gives the coworker a specific request to answer. It cannot guarantee agreement.
Deciding what deserves a conversation starts with standards: The Execution Bundle brings both books together, with 7 Steps to Change Your Life helping you choose those standards and decide what needs to change. The 90-Day Discipline Blueprint adds follow-through through weekly steps, a printable tracker and a restart plan. 25% off with code 25off.
What if they take it badly?
Three ways it goes sideways: they get defensive, they deny, they agree but nothing changes.
The first fix is free: acknowledge the defensive reaction without withdrawing the fact, then return to your request.
You can recognize that something was hard to hear and still ask for the handoff to change. Don't add five more examples to prove you deserve to raise it.
If "they'll take it badly" keeps stopping you, prepare the defensive reply alongside your opener. You can prepare your words; you can't script their reaction.
What's in the member section
The 6-Situation Conversation Script Kit: six fill-in openers for a boss, coworker, friend who keeps cancelling, partner and chores, family and money, and roommate. Each outputs one fact/effect/request opener.
Reaction replies: defensive and denial response lines that output a reply grounded in observable detail and a specific request.
The Agreed but Nothing Changed Follow-Up: one message that references the agreement and missed action, requests a revised commitment, and sets an action date and check-in date.
Here's one sample, free:
Coworker: "When [handoff] arrived at [time], [review] had to move. Can you send it by [agreed time] next time?"
